How to set-up personal notifications when ticket events occur.

You can get powerful notifications both in-app and by email when stuff like this happens:

  • Customers open emails

  • Customers submit forms

  • Customers view documents in the portal

  • Customers approve or reject orders

  • Customers make payment

  • Customers complete surveys

To set-up, your personal notification settings, head over to the dashboard and click the notifications tab under the Getting started heading.

Or you can reach the notifications settings from the notifications centre. Make sure to clear ALL unread notifications by clicking the clear bell icon.

From the notifications settings panel, you can select when you want to get notified and how. We inform you as follows.

  1. In-app, you will receive notifications in the notification centre.

  2. If switched on, we notify you by email.

  3. The settings you choose are unique to you and do not affect other users. They will need to log in and select their notification preferences.
