How to Set Up your Profile

Edit your name, photo, phone number, bio and signature.

When starting out, one of your first steps will be to set up your Tudodesk profile. 

Click the avatar icon in the top left corner of the screen as shown below.

Select 'Profile' from the list shown as indicated below.

To change your profile photo, select the camera icon from the avatar icon as shown below. 

Clicking the camera icon opens the file picker upload tool, for information on how to use the file picker upload tool, please consult our article: Exploring the File Picker Upload Tool.

You can change your display name by clicking and typing in the dialogue boxes indicated below.

Scroll down to reach the 'Bio' section of your profile, where you can provide a brief description of your role as shown below.

Below the 'Bio' section you can add an office telephone number and a mobile number if you wish in the boxes highlighted below.

Finally, add an email signature for Tudodesk to use when automatically signing your messages for you.

When you have completed all the fields of your profile that you wish to provide, click the 'Save' button as shown below.

Your profile has now been set up for your team and customers to view your details.
