Occasionally you may want to change the title of your document from an estimate to a quote or vica versa. If you are certain of the price of the service or goods you are providing for your customer, you may want to use a quote. If you are uncertain of the price of the service or goods you are providing for your customer, you may want to use an estimate. Using these two forms of price indication correctly helps you to maintain clear communication with your customers.
