Occasionally a customer may ask for a PDF copy of a document.

Locate and open the estimate in edit mode as shown below.

Open the document menu as shown below.

Click the documents option in the list as shown below.

Scroll down to the message centre in the main document view as shown below.

Locate the document in the document list, then drag and drop the document into the dialogue box as shown below.

Add your e-mail message and click 'Send' as shown below.
