Click the 'Boards' icon and Select the 'Estimates' tab from the column shown below.
Click the '+' button shown Below.
Click the 'Create new Contact' button.
Enter the contact's e-mail address and name.
Click the 'Add' button to add the contact to the estimate.
Give the estimate a title and a summary.
Click the 'Create Deal' button shown below.
Enter the charge(s) for the estimate as shown below.
Click the 'Send' button on the document action bar as shown below.
Tick the archive box and select 'Update status and send.'
You have now sent your first estimate.
