One of Tudodesk's many advanced features is the document file system. The document file system uses the information you've provided it with in order to effectively file your attachments. For example, when a customer sends an inquiry and uploads files or images as an attachment, those files are automatically attached to the document, linked to the correct customer and inserted into the project folder, helpfully collating all the related material in one place.

Note: Tudodesk boasts powerful conversion software to make file viewing easy. Tudodesk converts the most common file types into user friendly versions that can be viewed on screen. Whether you have an image, a spreadsheet file, word document or PDF Tudodesk converts it as it is uploaded so you can view it on screen without the need for complicated document conversion software.
