Editing a user's role permission

You can change your a users role permission to restrict their access to your domain and data.

Note: Only the domain administrator or admin users can edit roles.

If you want to change the role permission for a user head over to the settings section by clicking the settings cog in the bottom of the left toolbar, or by clicking your account avatar in the top right menu and selecting settings from the drop down menu.

Click the avatar in the top right corner of dashboard and select 'Settings' from the list shown.

Once in your account settings navigate to the 'Agents' area from the side navigation.

Click the user from the list to open their profile page.ย 

Note: If you don't have admin permission you will not be able to edit, or add users.

Click the user role drop down to update the permission of the user.

Click 'Save' to complete.
