You can include your VAT, company registration number, company registered office and formation details to the bottom of your document templates and emails. Follow the Tutorial below:
Click your avatar in the top right corner of the screen, then click 'Settings' from the list shown.
Scroll down to the 'Legal disclosure' section of the settings page.
Here you can add any of the following information:
VAT or TAX registration ID
Company registration or formation number
Registered office address
Proprietor name
Partnership formation
Directors names
Trade marks
Note: The legal disclosure section is displayed in the footer of all emails, documents and printed versions.
